1. Usb drives with pcba 2.0 chipset could be made as Double-sided Pluggable usb now. We're working on the usb drive with other kinds of chipsets and usb3.0 ones, will keep you updated with latest news.
2. The usb port of the computer used for this Double-sided Pluggable usb should be usb 2.0, not usb 3.0. This problem could be solved very soon if this product could be pleased by most of our clients.
