As we all know that usb drives heat up when they're working, however sometimes we can feel the usb flash Overheating. So can we do something stop Overheating.  
In most instances,we should be just wait it out. Because the usb drive will return to normal temperature with time. When you’re done doing what you’re doing with it, safely eject the usb drive after closing all the open documents on it and give chance to cool down.
Choose Test your flash drive. If you are really worried about this, you can comparison test another of the same model drive with the same test. If the drives show different results, may be you should be replace the old drive.
ALWAYS backup your valuable data. Never go without backing up your valuable data. Backing up your data is the easiest way to avoid a crisis as a result of a faulty drive.
