Logo printing Methods & Options for USB drives

 

Standard Silk Screen Process –

 

Most popular & commonly used for solid colors for all materials;

 

Pantone Color Matching is available.

 

 

Colorful Printing –

 

Used for a flat surface, and the product colour must be white/silver.

 

Mostly used for printing of card style Usb or a gradient color logo.

 

Pad Printing –

 

Same as silk screen, commonly used for solid colors;

 

Pantone Color Matching is available；

 

but for rounded surfaces or curved.

 

Embossed Process –

 

suitable for PU leather type usb drives;

 

the logo effec is sunken and The colour of the logo will be base on the leather itself.

 

Laser Engraving –

 

Used for Metal & Wood material;

 

The effect is permanent, long lasting and cannot be scratched off in any ways.

 

The colour of the engraved artwork will be the base colour of the engraved surface material.

 

It is silver on metal surface and light brow on wooden surface.

 

The engraved surface colour on metal pen drive might be turned into slight yellowish colour over the time due to oxidation process.
