How is the feedback from customers after factory is back to work?

By the beginning of March, the whole country had made a staged effect in fighting Novel Coronavirus Pneumonia. In order to minimize the huge impact of the epidemic on the society, many enterprises have entered the state of returning to work under the guidance of the government's active and effective measures. However, to customers, do these measures mean that the delivery of orders has been to normal state ? The answer is still no, it is only gradually recovering. The reasons are as below:

1.Not all workers had returned to factory;

2.Workers must do strict body temperature testing before entering the factory. After that, they need to perform comprehensive disinfection of equipment and office areas; the working time would be reduced compared with usual time, so, order delivery time will be delayed accordingly.

3.Many orders that were pending before CNY began to be arranged after returning to work;

Relatively speaking ,above condition is advisable to some factories if they work extra working time ,order can still be shipped out on time,however, some raw material factory is closed,the only way is to find another replacable factory or waiting for them ..... We also know ,to customers, they want good purchasing service experience suas as good quality ,fast delivery time and professional answer etc ,waiting for order for long time is very bad , factories are trying the best to meet delivery date.
